A great place to stay! Very comfortable bed, clean. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Lovely breakfast.

There were no windows in my bedroom and the water pressure wasn't great but no big deal.

Great location mid range hotel

Great location! Staff are very friendly. They made me a vegan pho for breakfast when I asked :) the manager also answered my multiple questions and gave us a very good rate for transfer to sapa! Extremely helpful.

Rooms were quite small, and very basic. In booking.com advertised as 4 star hotel more like 3 star hotel.

Nice place to stay and very friendly helpful staff

Clean rooms, nicely situated in old quarter. Above all, super friendly staff! They even prepared the breakfast for me early in the morning before departure!! And they reached out to me before arriving there to help me organize my trip and book daily / or so excursions !

Our last night in Hanoi

The hotel is in a very convenient position, we had a very nice room, sparkling clean and with a balcony. The staff was really kind and helpful. Unfortunately it was our last night in Hanoi but the hotel can help in organizing your trip and visiting the country. I definitely recommend and I would go back if visiting Vietnam next time!

Comfortable, good location and excellent staff!!

Very comfortable room & an excellent sleep. The breakfast was plentiful too. It’s in a superb location as it’s in the Old Quarter and an easy walk for food and drinks. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. So polite and really helpful. I suggest on arrival asking them to book you trips as they know where to go and will get a good price and good quality!

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, clean and cozy. The staff were welcoming from the moment we walked in, offering fruits and teas and coffees and upon learning about our experience at a hostel that had treated us unkindly they even upgraded our room for free. Wonderful experience with no faults

Good hotel in the middle of Hanoi

People and location the most! The staff do a great job, super friendly and professional! I needed a place to stay in the downtown, where I can also leave my main luggage and travel to Ha Long Bay and Sapa. This was the best option, I felt later on like at home. Thank you for having me! There were few issues but overall, considering the price and the location, the place was the right choice and I’m happy with my stay.

The room was super NOT soundproof and as I stayed there for few days and really slept there, I could not take a rest properly due to the noise from outside. I mean outside does not mean - outside of the hotel but inside. I could every single move of the elevator and every single sound through the wall. In the bathroom there was water leaking from the sink, everytime I used it.
